Who will complete the traffic signal? <br />DARROW: The condition doesn’t specify who is to do the traffic signal, and the reasoning for <br />that is that if the traffic signal is constructed, say, by the County or the State, then that would be <br />that agency constructing that; if the applicant desires to receive certificate of occupancy at a <br />sooner, at a time quicker than that construction may happen, then the applicant will need to make <br />those improvements. <br />HOUSEL: I see.
