KUBOTA:ItÓs not my intent to do that, Mr. Chairman. My intent is just to call attention to the Council people of whom we have the representative here that the traffic problem is a major concern and that hereafter we ought to really, really look at it. And because this is a Change of Zone that goes to the Council fo sending it off to them to deliberate. In the future, when we have our own decision- making, I think we ought to seriously look at it ourselves; and based on the reports that come in, we ought to decide accordingly.
