<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />HEARING TRANSCRIPT <br />AUGUST 5, 2005 <br />A regularly advertised hearing on the application of TIMOTHY DELOZIER <br />(REZ 05-005)was called to order at 9:15 a.m. in the County Building, Councilroom - <br /> <br />Room 201, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii, with Chairman Fred Galdones presiding. <br />PRESENT:Fred GaldonesABSENT & EXCUSED: Hannah Springer <br />C. Kimo Alameda <br />Bill Graham <br />Andrew Iwashita <br />Jeffrey McCall <br />Allen Salavea <br />Rene Siracusa <br />RodneyWatanabe <br />IvanTorigoe,DeputyCorporationCounsel <br />Christopher J. Yuen, Planning Director <br />Norman Hayashi, Planning Program Manager <br />Phyllis Fujimoto, Staff Planner <br />Jeff Darrow, Staff Planner <br />And approximately 30 people from the public in attendance. <br /> <br />APPLICANT: TIMOTHY DELOZIER (REZ 05-005) <br />Continued hearing on the application for a Change of Zone for 19,500 square feet of land <br />from a Single Family Residential 10,000 square feet (RS-10) to a Neighborhood <br />Commercial 10,000 square feet (CN-10) district. The property is located along the west <br />side of Manono Street, approximately 195 feet north of the Manono Street Lanikaula <br />st <br />Street intersection, Waiakea Houselots, 1 <br /> Series, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, Tax <br />Map Key 2-2-27:42. <br />GALDONES:Commissioners, we are on Agenda Item No. 1. Its an unfinished <br />business. The applicant is Timothy Delozier (REZ 05-005). This is a continued hearing <br />on the application for a Change of Zone for 19,500 square feet of land from a Single <br />Family Residential 10,000 square feet (RS-10) to a Neighborhood Commercial <br />10,000 square feet (CN-10) district.
