APPROVAL OF MINUTES for April 19, 2023 <br /> Motion to approve minutes by Andrew, seconded by Rachelle. Discussion involved <br /> correction to spelling of Elena's name in item III. and changing spend to spent in item <br /> IV. Motion amended to approve minutes with edits. All in favor. Minutes approved. <br /> IV. TREASURER'S REPORT <br /> A. Approval of Treasurer's Report— Expenditures reported included $2,650 for gift <br /> cards, leaving $7,350 remaining at the close of this cycle. Hannah motioned to <br /> approve the Treasurer's Report, Rachelle seconded. No discussion, all in favor. <br /> Treasurer's Report approved. <br /> V. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC - None <br /> VI. CORRESPONDENCE <br /> a. Received Resolution 74-23 — Urging awareness and pledging support to protect <br /> Native Hawaiian women and girls from abuse and exploitation. Committee <br /> encouraged to read document and strategize ways in which CSW can <br /> incorporate this resolution into our plans for future events. <br /> VII. REPORTS <br /> A. Statements from the Public- None <br /> B. Hawaii State CSW (HSCSW) liaison report— No report received from Jennifer <br /> Stotter prior to meeting. <br /> C. Family Violence Interagency Committee (FVIC)- None <br /> D. Missing Murdered Native Hawaiian Women and Girls (MMNHWG)Task Force. <br /> No meeting report, however, there are preliminary discussions about garnering <br /> support by working in partnership with Rick Kobayashi to elevate CSW work and <br /> mission around this movement.
