This committee is tasked with providing a slate of nominees for next <br /> year's CSW officers at least two weeks prior to next meeting. <br /> IX. OLD BUSINESS <br /> A. Statements from the Public- None <br /> B. Sub-Committee Memberships <br /> a. Nomination and Election of Sub-Committee members <br /> Will remain a standing item to re-evaluate committee roles, responsibility <br /> and strategy for future years. <br /> C. Communications Sub-Committee reports <br /> a. Status of CSW gmail account— No update <br /> b. Facebook updates <br /> i. No new postings. However, committee will look to possibly recruit <br /> an intern to manage account, with a focus on the 2024 elections. <br /> c. Family Services Directory <br /> i. Focus on a 2024 directory, all committee members will have a <br /> section to update and complete by August. <br /> ii. Distribution log - please remember to log distribution information. <br /> D. Outreach Sub-Committee reports <br /> a. 2022 Year of the Mother <br /> Committee reviewed the report with edits as shared by Shana. Members <br /> are encouraged to read through the report and get familiar with its <br /> contents, as report will be organized in a presentation binder to be shared <br /> at CSW events. Next steps going forward include action planning. <br /> Rachelle motioned to approved the Status of the Mother Report 2022, <br /> Hannah seconded. All in favor. Expression of thanks and congratulations was shared with <br /> Shana and the committee for their extensive research and work in putting <br /> the report together. <br /> b.
