Permanent Clinic proposes to employee 43 full-time employees, including <br /> physicians (PCP, internists,pediatrician, women's health); nurses; <br /> behavioral health specialists; dentist and support staff, Hawaiian Healing <br /> Director and lomi lomi masseuse; pharmacist,technician and support staff, <br /> and administration and support staff(manager, front office staff, care <br /> coordinators,refill and referral specialists,medical records staff and <br /> janitorial and grounds maintenance staff. The live-in caretaker will <br /> continue to use Building C,which may also be utilized for storage, an <br /> office or other related uses accessory to the Transitional Clinic and <br /> Permanent Clinic. <br /> 3. Workforce Housing to accommodate up to eight(8)varying mixes of <br /> Project contract workers and employees,multi-disciplinary researchers <br /> and/or trainees working at the Project, for periods ranging from a few <br /> nights up to a few years, depending on the topic and level of research and <br /> training. <br /> G. Dates and Hours of Operation. <br /> The Transitional Clinic and Permanent Clinic will both operate Monday to <br /> Saturday,between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm,by scheduled patient appointments. <br /> H. Description of Surrounding Area and Land Uses. <br /> The surrounding properties in this region are a combination of vacant lands, land <br /> utilized for agricultural pursuits,recreational, residential and neighborhood <br /> commercial uses. <br /> • Mauka/south ofAkoni Pule Highway: Lands to the south are similarly <br /> classified "Urban" and Agricultural" by the State Land Use Commission <br /> ("LUC"), designated Low Density Urban ("ldu") and Important Agricultural <br /> Lands ("ial")by the County's General Plan Land Use Pattern Allocation <br /> Guide ("LUPAG")map, County zoned Single-Family Residential (RS-15) <br /> and Agricultural (A-3a and A-20a), are located entirely outside of the SMA, <br /> classified by the Land Study Bureau Overall Master Productivity Rating <br /> ("LSB Rating") as "C"/fair, "E"/very poor and unclassified in agricultural <br /> productivity, and are unclassified and "Prime" by the State of Hawaii, <br /> Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Lands of Importance to the State of <br /> Hawaii ("ALISH")map.
