Maluhia Road is expected to operate at LOS "B" during the AM and PM <br /> Peak Hours. <br /> TMC recommended the following mitigation measures: <br /> L Maluhia Road should be widening between Akoni Pule Highway and the <br /> Maluhia Road Driveway to provide two lanes of traffic and a shared <br /> pedestrian/bicycle path, and provide ppropriate sight distances in both <br /> directions from Maluhia Road to Akoni Pule Highway; <br /> 2. Maluhia Road Driveway should be stopped-controlled at its <br /> tee-intersection with Maluhia Road, and provide appropriate sight <br /> distances in both directions from Maluhia Road Access Driveway to <br /> Maluhia Road; and <br /> 3. Akoni Pule Highway Driveway should be widening to provide two lanes of <br /> traffic and a shared pedestrian/bicycle path, and provide appropriate sight <br /> distances in both directions from Akoni Pule Highway Driveway to Akoni <br /> Pule Highway. <br /> No long-term regional traffic improvements were recommended at Akoni Pule <br /> Highway by TMC. <br /> F. Number of Employees and Patients. <br /> HKH's current healthcare operation located adjacent to Kohala Hospital has 18 <br /> full-time employees. HHC's administrative offices are located near Honokaa <br /> Hospital,with 10 full-time employees. <br /> 1.
