I currently operate an authorized 4-room hosted short term vacation rental but <br />now I wish to instead operate a 4-room Bed and Breakfast facility within my 5 bedroom <br />dwelling. The 4 rooms and bathrooms would comprise a total 1244 square foot. <br />My property consisting of 3 acres, is in the Hawaiian Acres subdivision located between <br />Keaau and Volcano in the Puna district, approximately 14 miles to downtown Hilo. My property <br />is 2.6 miles in from Hwy 11 on the Mauka side of Moho Road. <br />In that regard, please find following the signed application/letter of authorization and <br />associated report, as well as a list of the names, addresses and tax map key of all property <br />owners within 500 feet of the perimeter boundary of my property.
