On the other hand, TAR <br /> guests come as a group and thus their interaction with the host is less. <br /> As such, the Applicants would like to operate a maximum 3-bedroom <br /> B&B, while continuing to live in the same home. This would enable them <br /> to specifically target guests who enjoy the B&B experience. <br /> While the subject site is not dedicated for agricultural use for real property <br /> tax purpose, the landscape is dominated by a variety of commonly found <br /> tropical plants. These plants have and will continue to serve as an <br /> educational amenity to guests. <br /> The maximum 3-room B&B would also operate and be consistent with the <br /> criteria for B&Bs as outlined in the County Zoning Code. Specifically, <br /> these would be: <br /> 1. The operators will reside on the same building site. The Applicants <br /> will be the operator and, in their absence, have a live in operator living <br /> within the dwelling. <br /> 2. The rooms are within a single-family dwelling; <br /> 3. The total number of rentable guest rooms would not exceed five (5). <br /> There will be a maximum of three (3) rentable rooms; <br /> 4. The maximum number of guests at any one time would be capped at <br /> six (6), which would be considerably less than the maximum allowable <br /> of ten (10); <br /> 5. Only breakfast meals would be offered to the guests; <br /> 6. There are a minimum of three (3) parking stalls available for guests in <br /> a designated parking area off the side of the driveway. <br /> 7. Any and all signage will comply with the requirements of Chapter 3 <br /> relating to signs. <br /> B. Nature of Reauest <br /> Given the above, a Special Permit would be required for the proposed <br /> maximum 3-room B&B. <br /> 2 <br />
