It is anticipated that there will be two teachers per classroom and <br /> approximately ten to twelve administrative staff at the site. The proposed alternate <br /> education program will not exceed 43 participants, with the anticipated attendance to be <br /> between 15-25 people, by invitation only. <br /> 4. Proposed Hours of Operation: Proposed hours of operation for the preschool will be <br /> approximately between 8:30am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday with the possibility of <br /> an afterschool flexible program. The alternate education programs will be available <br /> between 9:30am to 2:30pm and from 3:OOpm to 8:OOpm, Monday through Friday. Each <br /> program event is anticipated to have durations of up to three (3) hours. The estimated <br /> frequency of the alternate education programs is four(4)to six (6) times per week, <br /> however, these programs will not run concurrently at any time. Program events will not <br /> conflict with the preschool traffic during drop-off and pick-up times. <br /> 5. Development Timeline: The proposed learning center is anticipated to be completed and <br /> fully operational by 2025. <br /> 6.
