LEOPOLDINO: Item number 4, approval of the September 16, 2019, minutes. <br />MS. NAKAMA: Teresa Nakama, District 8. I move to approve the minutes of the 2019 <br />meeting. <br />ACTING CHR. LEOPOLDINO: Motion made by Commissioner Nakama to approve September <br />16, 2019, minutes. May I have a second? <br />MR. DUDOIT: Second the motion. <br />ACTING CHR. LEOPOLDINO: The motion has been seconded by Commissioner Dudoit. It's <br />been moved by Commissioner Nakama and seconded by Commissioner Jules. Is there any <br />discussion on the motion? <br />MR. RIORDAN: Yes, I have a question. So, if you—were you at the meeting in 2019 <br />ACTING CHR. LEOPOLDINO: (Inaudible) state your name. <br />MR. RIORDAN: Oh, that's right. This is Commissioner Riordan, District 6. So, when you <br />were at the meeting in 2019, did the minutes reflect what happened then? <br />I'll start in again. So, Commissioner from Waikoloa, <br />do the records reflect what happened at that meeting in 2019 the minutes from that meeting? <br />Were you at that meeting in 2019? <br />MS. GREENBAUM: No, I was not at the meeting in 2019. I wasn't aware of the meetingI <br />can't remember. But, no, I did not attend that meeting. <br />MR. RIORDAN: Oh, okay. Thank you. <br />MS.
