However, I do appreciate getting them and looking at them and <br />understanding what was discussed. But, I guess, I'm not—this is Commissioner Nelson I'm <br />not willing to approve. <br />ACTING CHR. LEOPOLDINO: Thank you. If there are no further discussions, I'm going to <br />call for the vote at this time. All in favor of approving the September 16, 2019, minutes, please <br />say aye. <br />MS. NAKAMA: Teresa, District 8. Aye. <br />MR. DUDOIT: Jules Dudoit, Commissioner, District 7—aye. <br />ACTING CHR. LEOPOLDINO: Any opposed? <br />MR. NELSON: I'm not approving them, but I'm not objecting to them. I just don't want to <br />approve it, that's—Nelson. <br />ACTING CHR. LEOPOLDINO: Commissioner Riordan. <br />MR.
