Salary Commission <br />June 8, 2023 <br />Because, ultimately, the public will, I presume, want to know how you got to wherever it is that <br />you maybe at the very end of this process, right. And part of that is allowing them to come in <br />and see and hear those conversations and thought processes. <br />MR. NELSON: So, this is Commissioner Nelson. I think I would vote that we table this and <br />bring it up again at our next meeting. I don't think we know enough. I think we need to think <br />about it, how we're going to approach the task and how we want to move forward. <br />I mean, the small groups may help, but it may take more time if we feel—try to figure out the <br />process. So, I think we kind of look at digesting the information we got, think about it, think <br />about how we want to tackle the problem, and then bring it up at the next timeis my <br />suggestion. <br />MS.
