DE SOTO: So, I would like to motion that in regards to the salary commission's inquiry, <br />that we the Board approve Mr. Patel to respond to their inquiry, 1 through 6—include to <br />which is to include the discussion that occurred today from the Board and to highlight the points <br />that we made regarding our concerns and our revisions to the previous 2019 feedback; and to <br />also include the Board's recommendation that—for Number 7—regarding recommended salary <br />adjustments we are recommending a minimum of a 20 percent raise. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Is there a second? Thank you, Kate. Is there a second? <br />MS. MATHEWS: Second. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Good. Any discussion? If not, we'll start a rollcall vote with Ms. Mathews. <br />MS.
