But at the same time, then, it's sometimes at the expense of the staff <br />and the programs that might suffer along. <br />So, something to remember going forward. A lot of good opportunities to jump on. Also, might <br />require you to take some time to weigh which things are going to yield the most results once you <br />start running out and you're jumping all over the place. So, just to kind of, like not a Debbie <br />Downer—what is the equivalent for a guy who's a downer— <br />MS. DE SOTO: I'm hearing you talk about effectiveness. <br />MR. KUNZ: Yeah. I mean— <br />MS. DE SOTO: Talking about a Debbie Downer just asking (inaudible). <br />MR. KUNZ: And then, I'd hate to see the staff have this momentum—of which we're all, kind <br />of, capitalizing on—and find out, "Oh, my gosh, now I have to go here"—and then we're <br />committed to too many things and we can't get our regular work done. You guys are already <br />stretched. But it's just a caution, I guess, that can kind of bite you when you least expect it. And <br />then, then you're not as effective, I guess. That's all. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Thank you for that comment, Charlie. I have been mindful of the staff <br />because, like I said, they're at these extracurricular events outside of work hours, on the <br />weekends, it's their personal time—and they have to be in the office screening. And so, I'm very <br />mindful of the potential for burnout. I don't—we've got a great team and want to be mindful of <br />that. <br />And so, I recognize that and I appreciate the comments. With respect to the job positions that are available <br />in the County that you try to solicit and maintain.
