Is there a second? <br />BOWMAN: I can ask a question now, can I? <br />WOODWARD: Well, we need a second first before we -. <br />BOWMAN: Second, first. <br />WOODWARD: A second, first? <br />BOWMAN: Second. <br />WOODWARD: Okay. <br />BOWMAN: Now do we have to vote on it or -? <br />WOODWARD: Well, discuss it. <br />BOWMAN: Because I just assume have everything in one motion; and there is <br />another amendment that was proposed. <br />WOODWARD: All right. <br />LUCE: I have no problems with taking things one at a time. <br />IWASHITA: Mr. Chairman, point of procedure. There’s going to be difficulty <br />to do multiple things in one motion. <br />BOWMAN: Okay. <br />WOODWARD: All right. So we don’t really have a motion to approve the CDP. <br />We just have a motion to change the wording on one part, right? <br />IWASHITA: Right. <br />LUCE: Clarify. <br />WOODWARD: Yes, clarify. Okay? Is there any, and is that acceptable to <br />everybody that we just add “and affected landowners,” at the end of that sentence? <br />IWASHITA: Mr. Chair, my motion was to include the wording after community <br />“(including affected landowners),” and then with the rest of the language. <br />WOODWARD: All right.
