Does the Applicant have to go through acquiring permission to do things like that or is it part of his right to do it if he chooses to do so without getting permission from everybody else? YUEN:They wouldnÓt have to get permission to cut a kiawe tree. KUBOTA:So if they wanted to, unfortunately, but surely they had the right do it? YUEN:To cut down the kiawe tree on their property, yes.
