The Applicant intends to subdivide some of these properties which are situated within the <br />Special Management area; and this would be the SMA line indicated in blue. The area that is <br />under this particular application is located in this general area. This is the area that the Applicant <br />is requesting the SMA Use Permit for (SMA Use Permit 03-009); and that would consist of 11 <br />lots ranging in sizes from 2 to 5 acres. <br />And just for your information, the Item No. 4 on the agenda, which is also Continental Pacifics <br />application, would be this particular area where theyre requesting 11 lots to be created within <br />the SMA, or portion of the lots to be created within the SMA. Are there any questions at this <br />time? We are recommending approval on all of the applications with numerous conditions.
