GRAVETT (SPP 05-016) <br />Application for a Special Permit to allow a 2-unit bed and breakfast establishment on 1.291 <br />acres of land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is located <br />between the Holualoa Art Gallery and the Kona Imin Center on the mauka (east) side of the <br />Old Government Road, Holualoa, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-6-3:13. <br />SPRINGER:I€d like to call this meeting of the Hawaii County Planning <br />Commission back into order. We€re on agenda item number 6. The applicant is Darrelyn M. <br />Gravett. It€s an application for a special permit SPP 05-016 to allow a 2-unit bed and <br />breakfast establishment on 1.291 acres of land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural <br />District. The property is located between the Holualoa Art Gallery and the Kona Imin Center <br />on the mauka (east) side of the Old Government Road, Holualoa, Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-6- <br />3:13. Mr. Darrow? <br />DARROW:Thank you Madam Chair. If I may direct your attention to the location <br />map. The area of this application is within the North Kona district of Hawaii. More <br />specifically it€s located within Holualoa. This white line travelling in a north-south direction <br />is the Mamalahoa Highway coming through Holualoa and the area of the application is <br />identified with a blue dot. Right here in this particular area is a small road that comes <br />between the Mamalahoa Highway called an Old Government Road. And again this is <br />EXHIBIT D <br />1 <br /> <br />
