GALDONES:Norman? <br />ROTHSTEIN:Thank you. <br />HAYASHI:According to the information provided to us by the Applicant, a portion <br />of the golf course will be within this 109-acre area. <br />ROTHSTEIN:Well, will that mean that the public will have -, able to use that as part of <br />the park? I don't understand. <br />HAYASHI:I'm not able to answer that question. Perhaps that would be better <br />directed toward, to the Applicant. <br />ROTHSTEIN:Alright, we'll address that question to the Applicant. May I ask the <br />Applicant or what? <br />GALDONES:Mr. Rothstein, I'll have the Applicant be able to -. <br />ROTHSTEIN:Oh, thank you. <br />GALDONES:Respond. <br />YUEN:You know, I haven't been involved in discussions. The portion of the, <br />the portion of the area that is in the golf course would be an exclusive easement to the private <br />owners, so the public will not, for example, walk across the golf course. <br />ROTHSTEIN:So how many acres is actually public in that 109-acre park? <br />YUEN:Forty to 45 acres, counting -, and the golf course doesn't physically <br />cover the rest of it, but that -, the remainder includes the golf safety zones, areas where the <br />golf balls can fly into. <br />GALDONES:Commissioners, any questions of Mr. Rothstein?
