The consultants here today are Dr. Paul Rosendahl, who's been the archaeologist <br />of record on this property since the early '80s, Dr. Richard Brock, who has been a consulting <br />biologist with the property, associated with the property since the early '80s, and Ms. Nancy <br />Burns, who's a consulting civil engineer. <br />I want to thank, also, the hard work and participation of the work group, Mayor Kim certainly, <br />particularly Chris Yuen for his guidance. The Good Faith Agreement could not have been <br />crafted without some legalese, and we had a person in the form of Jim Sogi, who offered free <br />advice, free legal advice, if you will, to help us craft a Good Faith Agreement on behalf of the <br />public.
