Towill Corporation to
conduct water quality and biological surveys, delineate the CWA jurisdictional
limits or ordinary high water mark (OHWM) of Honouliuli Stream in the Project
area and conduct a functional assessment of the stream. In 2020, the Project area
was expanded both up and downstream along Honouliuli Gulch and AECOS was
contracted to extend the scope of the initial. The results of the survey and functional
assessment will be used by USACE to make permitting decisions.
2020.
