SSFM also prepared a project development report <br /> 1111 (PDR) and rough order of magnitude construction cost estimate. The <br /> PDR included Land Area Requirements, Building Area <br /> Requirements, and Applicable Regulations. It also included a Site <br /> List with available State-owned properties and Environmental <br /> permits and studies. <br /> Estimated Construction Cost: $90 million to $140 million <br /> Central Oahu Transportation Study <br /> Oahu, Hawaii <br /> SSFM prepared a study to assess the multi-modal transportation <br /> Jr.;lingiastk . needs of the Central Oahu Region, identified key transportation <br /> system improvements, strategies, and policies that can improve <br /> regional transportation mobility and access in a sustainable way. The <br /> study developed desired multi-modal strategies and system <br /> improvements that are technically feasible, financially realistic, <br /> sustainable, and meet regional transportation needs. <br /> Estimated Cost: $543,544 (fees) <br /> 11.11111.1111.1.11111 North Shore Sustainable Communities Plan <br /> Honolulu, Hawaii <br /> SSFM provided a five-year comprehensive review of the 2011 North <br /> Shore Sustainable Communities Plan that was inclusive and <br /> �a�*& reflective of community sentiments and desires. SSFM adapted to an <br /> rl; entirely virtual community engagement format. In a highly engaged <br /> k M community, this involved developing a large amount of online content <br /> that would bring transparency to the process and allow extensive <br /> 3 participation. <br /> Cost: $285,760 (fees) <br />
