SSFM also prepared a project development report <br /> 1111 (PDR) and rough order of magnitude construction cost estimate. The <br /> R t .= PDR included Land Area Requirements, Building Area <br /> Requirements, and Applicable Regulations. It also included a Site <br /> _. List with available State-owned properties and Environmental <br /> permits and studies. <br /> Estimated Construction Cost: $90 million to $140 million <br /> Kamuela Vacuum Cooling Plant, Master Plan Feasibility Study, <br /> Air <br /> �+ Kamuela, Hawaii <br /> ` — _ .. SSFM provided planning and project management services for a <br /> t,, master plan study of an existing property in Kamuela that the client <br /> ,-eIIIIIowned and leased to a cooperative. SSFM provided <br /> I. recommendations to update the existing facility to meet the Food and <br /> Drug Administration's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), as <br /> t <br /> well as explored expansion of the property to offer other amenities, <br /> r such as washing, packing, and processing of produce to encourage <br /> and promote farming. <br /> Cost: $100,000 (fees) <br />
