<br /> the things that need to be preserved, created, or improved upon in
<br /> dillorder to keep Waimanalo, Waimanalo well into the future. The time
<br /> horizon for the Strategic Community Plan is 20 years.

<br /> Improvements included development of a new renewable energy
<br /> generation, storage, and distribution system.
