<br /> Planner and Graphic Technician on the$4,190,469 project that involved the development of a conceptual plan for the 22-acre site in Honolu-
<br /> lu.The master plan utilized work done under an earlier feasibility study as a foundation in which to prepare detailed concepts of the overall site
<br /> (landscape,circulation,pick-up/drop-off,etc.), renovated Concert Hall and Arena,and new Exhibition Hall, Performance Hall, Sports Pavilion,and
<br /> Parking Garage. Fifteen technical studies were also performed during this phase of the project to further investigate site and building conditions,
<br /> sustainable design strategies,traffic impacts, retail demand,and cost estimation. Public participation included website updates and stakeholder
<br /> and public workshops.AECOM is currently performing design work for the schematic design of the center.As Planner and Graphic Technician,
<br /> assembled the master plan document layout and provided figures for the report which summarized planning efforts and technical studies to date,as
<br /> well as presented a conceptual plan for the renewed arena,civic center,and cultural and entertainment complex at the current Neal S. Blaisdell
<br /> site.
