<br /> a foundation in which to prepare detailed concepts of the overall site(landscape,circulation,pick-up/drop-off,etc.), renovated Concert Hall and
<br /> Arena,and new Exhibition Hall, Performance Hall, Sports Pavilion,and Parking Garage. Fifteen technical studies were also performed during
<br /> this phase of the project to further investigate site and building conditions,sustainable design strategies,traffic impacts, retail demand,and cost
<br /> estimation. Public participation included website updates and stakeholder and public workshops.As GIS Specialist and Environmental Scientist,
