<br /> AECOM completed the$4,190,469 master plan for the Neal S. Blaisdell The center encompasses approximately 10 acres of outdoor public
<br /> Center in March 2018.The scope of work included an economic areas,designed to provide access to the performing venues(vehicular,
<br /> feasibility study, land use plan,environmental assessment(EA),a bicycle and pedestrian)but also to create a recreational landscape
<br /> conceptual master plan,and surveying services. evocative of Hawaii's unique geography and culture. Owing to the
<br /> site's historic presence of water,first as springs and later as fish ponds,
