<br /> Technical Advisor on the$4,190,469 project that involved the development of a conceptual plan for the 22-acre site in Honolulu.The master plan
<br /> utilized work done under an earlier feasibility study as a foundation in which to prepare detailed concepts of the overall site(landscape,circulation,
<br /> pick-up/drop-off,etc.), renovated Concert Hall and Arena,and new Exhibition Hall, Performance Hall, Sports Pavilion,and Parking Garage.
<br /> Fifteen technical studies were also performed during this phase of the project to further investigate site and building conditions,sustainable
<br /> design strategies,traffic impacts, retail demand,and cost estimation. Public participation included website updates and stakeholder and public
<br /> workshops.AECOM is currently performing design work for the schematic design of the center.As Technical Advisor,oversaw a historic building
<br /> survey for the property,that included the Concert Hall,Arena,and surrounding landscape as part of the broader master planning effort.

<br /> 106 consultation process leading to the approval of a preservation-driven alternative action. Served as resource author for cultural and historic
<br /> resources for the HRS 343 Environmental Impact Statement(EIS). Served in an advisory capacity for the schematic design of the rehabilitated
