<br /> waterfront production facility at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility(PHNSY&IMF), including auxiliary facilities
<br /> and utilities.The proposed dry dock would replace the existing Dry Dock(DD)3. PHNSY&IMF is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam
<br /> (JBPHH), Oahu, Hawaii.AECOM,partnered with our Cardno-Stantec JV partners and numerous subconsultants to analyze,evaluate,and prepare
<br /> the Environmental Impact Statement for this critical Navy infrastructure project. Mr.Stoll served as the GIS Manager and Planner at the start of
<br /> the project,working with various technical experts and the Navy to develop alternatives and developed figures and coordinated GIS and other data
<br /> exchanges over the project. He also coordinated between several other area projects(STOP, INRMP)taking place concurrently.

<br /> document library of flood studies and improve functionality by including a method for content review prior to public website posting.The website
<br /> upgrade enhanced the educational value of the website,by converting to REST-based GIS data services and adding new GIS data layers,
<br /> including direct links to USGS stream gage data,planning and regulatory data, real-time weather feed map enhancements and numerous
<br /> hydrological and flood-related datasets.This website will be used by the DLNR, State Floodplain Managers and other agencies in decision-making
<br /> related to flood events.The website also provides the public with access to flood related information, reports and studies,and perform map
<br /> queries on specific properties or locations to determine associated flood risks or regulatory considerations(ex. FEMA DFIRM Flood Zones).
