PHNSY&IMF is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam <br /> (JBPHH), Oahu, Hawaii.AECOM,partnered with our Cardno-Stantec JV partners and numerous subconsultants to analyze,evaluate,and prepare <br /> the Environmental Impact Statement for this critical Navy infrastructure project.
