Ms. Renard prepared the Navy's NEPA Notification Letter, CZMA Consistency Determination, and EO <br />11988 Floodplain Management compliance materials to support NEPA requirements. The project required extensive support of and <br />coordination with NAVFAC Pacific and State and County agencies to determine whether an HRS, Chapter 343-compliant EA would <br />be required. HHF also supported the project's NHPA Section 106 consultation and prepared a Cultural Impact Assessment for the <br />action. The project has been awarded for construction. HHF analyzed vegetation type, sensitive natural and cultural resources, utilities, environmental hazards, and training <br />activities. HHF also validated the market for cattle grazing at the site, created implementation and operational plans, and <br />developed order of magnitude costs.
