<br /> Role: AutoCAD Drafter and QA/QC Scope: RENCON was contracted to conduct air monitoring during lead paint
<br /> removal from Building A Covered Walkway of Hilo High School. The work was completed over four days with
<br /> samples submitted daily to a laboratory on Oahu. RENCON submitted a letter report summarizing the work methods
<br /> and laboratory results. Ms. Cabanila completed the drawings as part of the letter report and conducted QC/QC
<br /> reviews prior to submittal. Cost: $6,500

<br /> Role: Project Manager Scope: RENCON provided a Phase I ESA for a 51-acre agricultural parcel located in North
<br /> Kohala, on Hawaii Island. RENCON conducted a review of records including state and county records and an
<br /> Environmental Data Report (EDR) and summarized all findings in a report per the ASTM standard E1527. Mr.
<br /> Cabanila planned and coordinated the Phase I and led the site reconnaissance as well as conducted several
<br /> interviews of residents and managers of the property. Cost: $5,400
