<br /> (ESA)for two TMK, totaling 69.47 acres. The focus of the Phase I ESA is to identify, to the extent feasible pursuant
<br /> to the ASTM International E 1527 Method, recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject
<br /> property. Specifically, RENCON reviewed available environmental reports for the subject property and historical and
<br /> geological information for the subject property and surrounding properties, conducted a site reconnaissance of the
<br /> property, reviewed records and historical maps for interpretation of past use activities, conducted interviews, and
<br /> compiled a report summarizing the results of the assessment activities and findings. Cost: $5,500
