<br /> General Engineering Consultant Support(GEC III) Environmental Planning Services
<br /> We were selected by HART to provide GEC support for the project Services include preparation,implementation,and review of
<br /> scheduling,coordination and reporting,cost estimating and various environmental evaluation documents,supplemental
<br /> project control,interface management,environmental and environmental documents,and related supporting technical
<br /> planning,travel demand forecasting,bus/rail integration,station studies in compliance with applicable laws and requirements,
<br /> access,and modal interface,land use planning,transit-oriented such as the NEPA, HRS Chapter 343,and FTA environmental
<br /> development,traffic analysis,parking study,archaeological and guidance etc.,and support for State Department of Health
<br /> cultural resources,and design management services including (HDOH)section 401 Water Quality Certifications, HDOH
<br /> management of final design contracts,review of final design Community Noise, US Army Corps of Engineers Section 404,
<br /> submittals,system-wide signage, landscape,signal,and ITS National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System,and other
<br /> operational support. In 2021,Jacobs was awarded a five-year environmental permits.
