A non-time-critical response action under CERCLA was undertaken at most of <br /> the site to enable unrestricted land use by removing, stabilizing, and disposing of the impacted surface soil at <br /> the site. Existing areas that were contaminated were placed under LUCs, specifically the concrete-lined berms, <br /> and perimeter fences.
