Motion carried to accept and file Communication number 23-05.01. <br />I have a question. So, the Board would submit a letter to Mr. Hakoda notifying him of the <br />confirmation of his request has been approved? <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: Yeah, that would be the deputy attorney general that would advise as to <br />that matter, as far as the protocol. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Oh, okay. <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: Yeah. <br />CHR. CABANAS: So, Glynis, can we contact Mr. Halvorson. Yes, Mr. Halvorson is a busy <br />deputy attorney general. Thank you, Mr. Yoshimoto, for the advice. <br />But going back to what Mr. Yoshimoto has said, there is that I just want to go on record that <br />the Board has a concern. I can do that, right?
