Mr. Robertson, you have been grant <br />standing for a Contested Case. I will now address the sign-up sheet of members from the <br />public who have signed up to testify. Dwight Vincent, present? Seeing that he is not <br />here, we shall move on to the next -. Mr. Robertson, do you wish to testify or will you <br />hold your comments for the Contested Case Hearing? <br />ROBERTSON:IÓll hold my comments. <br />GALDONES:So noted. Mr. Yuen? <br />LEONG:Mr. Chair, I donÓt know if itÓs appropriate at this point to note our <br />objection to Mr. Yuen testifying as a member of the general public on the grounds that he <br />has a conflict of interest as the Planning Director of the County of Hawaii. And I would <br />ask the Commission to defer consideration of his testimony until it obtains an opinion <br />from the Board of Ethics that there is no conflict of interest and that he is permitted to <br />testify. <br />11 <br /> <br />
