Looking at the site plan, where the red dot is identified in the location map that is <br />identified here on the site plan, this is Lot 100 in the Kahakai Estates Subdivision. The <br />request by the Applicant, SCD Kahakai, LLC, is to increase the allowable residential lots <br />from 98 to 101. This will done by subdividing Lot 100 into thre <br />The SMA 304 was actually, was originally approved in November 8, <br />lots and related improvements. Later it was amended in 1999 to reduce the density from <br />353 lots to 98 lots. Again, this request is to increase that from 98 allowable residential <br />lots to 101 allowable residential lots. <br />The Planning Department has received two petitions for hearing for standing in contested <br />case hearings, one from Richard Bosselmann and one from Kevin Cawley.
