Do the buildings have to be permitted first, or would they automatically be permitted if we approve this? I mean, what happens with the buildings, and legalizing them, and getting them finaled? Does our approving this automatically make those buildings okay, or do we have to take that as separate issues? FUJIKAWA:Director?
