KONA REGIONAL PLAN <br /> The Kona Regional Plan Use Concept Map designates the subject area as "medium <br /> density urban".The proposed residential development is consistent with this <br /> designation. <br /> D. MASTER PLAN FOR KAILUA VILLAGE <br /> The Master Plan for Kailua Village designates the subject property as "high density <br /> residential".The proposed residential development is consistent with this <br /> designation. <br /> E. COUNTY ZONING CODE <br /> The current zoning designation for the property is Village Commercial 10,000 sq. ft. <br /> (CV-10). Pursuant to the Zoning Code. Article 5, Division 3 (Section 25-5-122(a) <br /> (Permitted Uses) states that all the proposed commercial, office, and residential <br /> uses are permitted. In accordance with Section 25-5-128 (c) (Other Regulations), the <br /> applicant will submit plans conforming to the requirements of this zone district, such <br /> as Minimum Yard Setbacks, Maximum Allowable Height, Minimum Off-Street <br /> Parking, and the conditions of approval of the SMA permit. <br /> F. SPECIAL MANAGEMENT AREA <br /> The property is located within the Special Management Area (SMA). In this area all <br /> property below Kuakini Highway is considered within the SMA. <br /> 12 <br />
