The notice shall inform the applicant of the specific <br /> requirements necessary to complete the application. The sixty-first day <br /> automatic approval provisions under subsection (a)shall continue to apply <br /> to the application only if the applicant satisfies the specific requirements <br /> of the notice and submits a complete application within five business days <br /> of receipt of the notice. <br /> Section 46-89(h) states: <br /> (h) For the purposes of this section, "broadband-related permits" means <br /> all county permits required to commence actions with respect to the <br /> installation, improvement, construction, or development of infrastructure <br /> relating to broadband service or broadband technology, including the <br /> interconnection of telecommunications cables, cable installation, tower <br /> construction, placement of broadband equipment in the road rights-of- <br /> way, and undersea boring, or the landing of an undersea communications <br /> cable. <br /> 7.4.2. Shot Clock. <br /> Finally, the Telecom Act requires local jurisdictions to act upon applications for wireless <br /> communications sites within a "reasonable" period of time. 47 U.S.C. § 332(c)(7)(B)(ii). <br /> The FCC has issued a "Shot Clock" rule to establish a deadline for the issuance of land use <br /> permits for wireless facilities. 47 C.F.R. § 1.6001, et seq. A presumptively reasonable <br /> period of time for a local government to act on all relevant applications for a "macro" <br /> wireless facility on a new structure is 150 days. 47 C.F.R. § 1.6003(c)(1)(iv). The Shot Clock <br /> date is determined by counting forward 150 calendar days from the day after the date of <br /> submittal, including any required pre-application period. 47 C.F.R. § 1.6003(e). <br /> Pursuant to federal law, the reasonable time period for review of this application is <br /> 150 days. <br />
