So, I'll need a motion alsoI guess, we need to amend the motion <br />because we also need to agree on the date, time, and the deadlines as I've read. Okay. So, the <br />date would be April 25h, which is a Thursday of this year-2024—at 10 a.m., in the Hilo <br />Council Chambers of the Hawaii County Building, at 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401, <br />in Hilo, Hawaii. <br />And that once this is approved that the Merit Appeals Board will send a letter to both parties, <br />County and the Appellant, notifying them of the date, time, location, and the deadlines. So, <br />you'll be receiving something from the Merit Appeals Board and so will the Appellant. <br />MR. KUNZ: So, do you need a motion to amendso, with what you said it can be—so <br />amended. <br />CHR. CABANAS: So, amended. <br />MR. KUNZ: Okay. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. <br />MS.
