Greenwell: Thank you. <br />Nishimoto: Any other questions, discussion? <br />There was no further discussion by Commissioners. <br />Nishimoto: Seeing that there are none, I'd like to have a motion to approve the <br />Application for Increase in Licensed Premises. <br />Ibarra: Commissioner Ibarra, so moved. <br />Nishimoto: May I have a second? <br />Greenwell: Commissioner Greenwell, second. <br />Commissioner Ibarra moved to approve the Application <br />for an Increase in Licensed Premises, to add approximately <br />2,354 square feet to its current licensed premises which <br />includes a coffee shop and concrete patio that are adjacent to <br />its licensed premises, TMK: 7-6-004-015; of its Restaurant <br />General liquor license, Category B1, located at 76-5900 Old <br />Government Road, Holualoa, Hawaii; Seconded by <br />Commissioner Greenwell. <br />Nishimoto: Any discussion of the motion? <br />There was no discussion by Commissioners. <br />Nishimoto: Let's take a vote, all those in favor say "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Nishimoto: All those opposed, "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by Commissioners. <br />Nishimoto: Motion has been approved. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />MINUTES - LIQUOR COMMISSION MEETING - THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11 2024 - KONA PAGE 19 OF 37 <br />
