Captain Mento will be submitting a grant application for the next <br />DOT Safe Highways Grant. This application will seek to acquire six <br />pneumatic airlifting devices and one spare power extrication tool. Total <br />cost is approximately $63,000. <br />Capital Improvement Projects <br /> Pahoa Fire Station: Special Use permit application is being circulated for <br />· <br />employee comments; anticipating the formal design plan phase for the <br />eight-acre parcel to be completed. <br />Commissioner Brazier questioned the size of the entire parcel. <br />Chief Oliveira replied that the parcel exceeds eight acres.
