DETAILS OF PROPOSED USE / DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1. Applicant's Request <br /> Ryan Leese ("Applicant") is requesting a change of zone for a 21.942-acre parcel <br /> from an Agricultural-20 acres (A-20a) to an Family Agricultural-5 acre (FA-5a) zoning <br /> district in support of a proposed 4-lot subdivision, with each lot consisting of a minimum <br /> size of five (5) acres. If approved, the requested FA-5a zoning would allow for a blend of <br /> small-scale agricultural operations associated with residential activities which may be <br /> characterized by farm estates, small acreage farms, or subsistence lots. <br /> 2.
