The [ap ]Applicant shall submit a maintenance agreement in accordance with <br /> and approved by the Department of Public Works, to clear and maintain the <br /> vegetation in the right of way along Palani Road for sight distance purposes, prior <br /> to [seeg]the issuance of Final Plan Approval for the proposed amendment. <br /> 19110. The Applicant shall [ <br /> ]establish a school zone to include installation of flashing beacons on Palani <br /> Road,in accordance with and meeting the requirements of the Department of Public <br /> Works, Traffic Division, prior to the issuance of Final Plan Approval for the <br /> proposed amendment[ ]. <br /> 11. All development-generated runoff shall be disposed of on site and not directed <br /> toward any adjacent properties. Prior to receipt of Final Plan Approval, a drainage <br /> study shall be prepared, and the recommended drainage system shall be constructed <br /> meetingthe he approval of the Department of Public Works, Engineering Division <br /> prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> 12. All activities shall comply with the requirements of Hawaii County Code, Chapter <br /> 10, Erosion and Sedimentary Control. <br /> 13.
