M. Water meter has been installed on the property and electric and telephone run on the <br />Palani road side of the property and are available to be connected to. We plan on <br />adding a septic system to take care of the solid waste and sewage disposal <br />H <br />Al. The use of the land for classrooms will not affect the surrounding properties. The property is <br />bordered by two churches (being used primarily on Sundays) whereas the classrooms will be <br />used primarily Monday through Friday. There won't be any overlap of usage of the shared <br />driveway. One of the bordering churches also contains the earlier grades for the school, so <br />traffic patterns are already established and not interfering with the flow of Palani Road. <br />A2. There will be no unreasonable burden to public agencies. The land will not require any <br />public road services, changes to public school improvements, police or fire departments. <br />A3. None to discuss <br />A4. The land is zoned agricultural but the likelihood of productive horticulture is minimal as the <br />location is bordered by churches, parking lots, and a main road. <br />A5. The proposed land usage will not alter the character of the land and present use. The <br />classrooms will serve a similar purpose as the surrounding buildings and facilities (churches). <br />A6. The proposed use will not be contrary to the goals, policies, and standards of the General <br />Plan and other applicable documents such as community development plans and design plans. <br />5.
