Bill 122 seeks to amend Chapter 25 as follows: <br /> • Article 1, section 25-1-5,Definitions: Repeals the current definition of <br /> `Bed and breakfast establishments'. <br /> • Article 2,Division 6, Section 25-2-61(1),Applicability; use permit <br /> required: Repeals the need to secure a use permit for bed and breakfast <br /> establishments in RS, RA, FA, and A zoning districts within the state land <br /> use urban district. <br /> • Article 4,Division 1, Section 25-4-7, Bed and breakfast <br /> establishments: Repeals the entire section relating to bed and breakfast <br /> establishments and the standards and requirements for bed and breakfast <br /> establishments which is currently found in section 25-4-7. <br /> • Article 4,Division 5, Section 25-4-51 subsection (a)(2) of Chapter 25, <br /> Required number of parking spaces: Repeals parking requirements for <br /> bed and breakfast establishments. <br /> -2- <br />
