Since the passing of Bill 108, the Planning Department has been instrumental in <br /> implementing and regulating short-term vacation rentals. While Bill 108 created a set of <br /> operational standards for un-hosted vacation rentals, some modifications were needed to <br /> the code in order to address all types of vacation rentals such as hosted vacation rentals <br /> which have been often confused with bed and breakfast establishments. <br /> -3- <br />
