CALL TO ORDER <br /> a. Meeting was called to order at 11:36am by Vice Chair Shana Kukila. <br /> II. ROLL CALL <br /> a. Present: Shana Kukila, Farrah-Marie Gomes, Andrew Langtry, Hannah <br /> Preston-Pita, Christina Basham, Rachelle Agrigado-Betts, Suzanna <br /> Tiupula, Evelyn Lee (late arrival) <br /> b. Excused: Lisa Pana, Elena Cabatu <br /> c. Guests: Emma Falvey and Pennie Bumrungsiri from Healthy Mothers <br /> Healthy Babies <br /> III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for February 28, 2024 <br /> a. Clarification that the CSW has an Identification Number on the ballot so <br /> the County can track where the ballots are coming from. <br /> b. Motion to approve by Rachelle, second by Hannah. Motion passed. <br /> IV. TREASURER'S REPORT <br /> A. Approval of Treasurer's Report <br /> a. Received expenditure report through February. Credit amount is <br /> due to County purchasing an airfare ticket, but then returned it. We <br /> have spent $339 so far this year. We have $6,361 remaining after <br /> factoring in approvals pending procurement. <br /> b. Edit date of Family Services Directory approval from 12-20-24 to <br /> 12-20-23. <br /> B. Motion to approve by Hannah, second by Rachelle. Motion passed. <br /> V. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> a. None <br /> VI. CORRESPONDENCE <br /> a. Email request to Allen from Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies to be added <br /> to the Family Services Directory. Will share during Family Services <br /> Directory section of the agenda. <br /> VII. REPORTS <br /> A. Hawaii State CSW (HSCSW) liaison report <br /> a. No meeting while the Executive Director position remains vacant. <br /> b. Timeline for filling of that position is uncertain in light of departure of <br /> DHS Director Betts. <br />
